Pulsed synergic welding inverter for MIG/MAG, MMA,
TIG LA welding, gauging

MIG/MAG welding of aluminium, stainless steel, MIG brazing of zinc-coated steel and stainless steel.
Full digital control.
User interface in 7 national languages.
Double pulse (pulse in pulse)
Job store - 10 memory banks, 10 jobs each.
UP-DOWN remote control on torch.
Cooling unit.
Cooling pump and ventilators eco-mode.
Coated electrode welding
On customer´s request ROBO INTERFACE - possibility of the interface adding for the robot connection

The HS Pulse is a special kind of MAG welding pulse characteristic by a very short and intense arc. It is very easy for the welder to manage this kind of arc. In comparison with other high deposit rate the HS PULSE does not stress the welder for the handling of the arc is very natural.

The advantages of HS PULSE:
Increase of welding speed in average of 35% comparing to standard pulse welding
Increase of deposit rate (kg/h) of 15%
Higher penetration
Smaller risk weld defects
35% decrease of heat input (that leads to better mechanical qualities of the welding picese)
