PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL - INNOVATION

Now with VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) and an ecological function of the fan control Besides the fan control, all inverters PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL supplied starting from 20.07.2011 will be equipped with a new function of voltage reduction. This new function provides the voltage reduction device-VRD. When the welding process has finished the VRD reduces the open-circuit voltage to 15 V during 0,4s.
Our inverters PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL generate the open-circuit voltage 62V, which is safe and is in compliance with the EN 609 74-1 standard. However, in a certain environment the welder can feel very unpleasant tingling – electrical shocks. The PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL is such an appliance which will not expose the welders to those unpleasant states.
