The welder´s cart is designed to carry every type of Pegas single phase welders and ALFIN 200/220 AC / DC (inclu¬ding cooling unit). The cart is delivered unassembled in a carton, the „IKEA“ way.
The cart for welding inverter is designed to hold inverter welders, accessories and gas cylinders and handling them for short distances.
The cart can hold just one gas cylinder with a maximum diameter of 20 cm and a maximum height of 120 cm. The total weight to load onto the cart is 45 kg.

This machine is intended for professional welding of aluminium and aluminium alloys steel.PEGAS 200 AC/DC is aimed for  weldeing very thin aluminium or stainless steel sheets and materials to the thickness 5mm.In comparison  to commercially very successful PEGAS 200 AC/DC the PULSE model  is equipped with a pulse mode and numerous other adjustable parameters.Due to these properties is the  range of use much bigger. On the other hand PEGAS 200 AC/DC  is still welding machine available for companies that welds aluminium marginally.

 

Now with VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) and an ecological function of the fan control Besides the fan control, all inverters PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL supplied starting from 20.07.2011 will be equipped with a new function of voltage reduction. This new function provides the voltage reduction device-VRD. When the welding process has finished the VRD reduces the open-circuit voltage to 15 V during 0,4s.
Our inverters PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL generate the open-circuit voltage 62V, which is safe and is in compliance with the EN 609 74-1 standard. However, in a certain environment the welder can feel very unpleasant tingling – electrical shocks. The PEGAS 160 E DIGITAL is such an appliance which will not expose the welders to those unpleasant states.

USER BENEFITS
1. Can be operand at mains voltage ranging 95 – 270 V (ca - 60%, + 18%).
2. Can be operand on very long extensions cords.
3. There is no risk to damage the welder by power supply under voltage or over voltage.
4. The fuse brake (16 AT) will not switch off while operating the welder at maximum power – on contrary with operating the standard welder at maximum power. PFC welder is very efficient.
5. There is very little load of reactive current into the distribution network. Industrial plants are equipped with external power factor compensation, however, if limits are exceeded, power distributing corporations penalize users. According to our information, it is possible that power distributing corporations in EU may penalize customers outside the industrial zones. PEGAS PFC does not cause unacceptable network load reactive current.
